YOKE

The extreme weight, varied angles and stress created by irregular terrain with the new heavier machines previously made widening the track difficult. The development of our new improved yoke design for corner units has solved these challenges. The same yoke design is available for regular towers on the new, longer span, heavier machines. In both situations (corner and regular tower) the gearbox no longer carries any weight. It serves only to propel the tires so there are no more gearbox strength issues. These are now available for new and used pivots and allow our Starr Traks to be added to any unit. Our previous retrofit brace is still available as well as the orignal track for the shorter span, lighter machines.
